Scope:-
This data sheet covers the requirement of tinned copper shield in the form of flexible copper mesh tape.

Typical Applications:-
The copper shielding tape is normally used as an integral part of cable jointing kits for power cables up to and including 36kv voltage rating. The typical application of copper shield is to provide continuity to core screen (metallic screen) during jointing operations of power cables resulting into a shielding effect for joints.
